Memorial to the Dead

A drunken derelict approaches Al Pennyback asking for help. A few days later, the man is found dead in front of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, and Al finds himself in the middle of a federal investigation involving Chinese gangsters and a decades-old smuggling ring.
